"Bostik Feltfix Bituminous Roof Felt Adhesive is a cold applied solvent-based bituminous adhesive. It has high initial grab for bonding bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal, timber and concrete. It is also suitable for sealing laps on roofing felt and for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces. It produces a strong, flexible bond, which hardens and softens with changes of temperature.Bostik Feltfix Bituminous Roof Felt Adhesive must not be used with or over tar based products. It is an alkaline soap of mixed fatty acids, which reacts chemically with cement to form hydrophobic salts, which reduce water penetration.Bostik Integral Waterproofer helps reduce efflorescence and lime bloom by restricting moisture movement and helps reduce crazing in rich mixtures by controlling the rate of evaporation.It waterproofs and plasticises mortar for external or basement renderings, pointing and in swimming pools, sewers and tank linings as part of the overall waterproofing system specification. It will not corrode reinforcing metalwork, but is not suitable for use in structural concrete. Waterproofer and plasticiser for mortar. Ideal for renders. Reduces efflorescence and crazing."
