Supplied with a integrated spring mechanism to ensure lever returns consistently to 90 avoiding any handle sag, with a rotatable lever 180 to suit both left and right handed doors. Fixes to frame to restrict opening of window with a combination of key locking facility and nylon coated steel cable. Cable can be unlocked and disengaged for ease of window cleaning, or in an emergency and is ideal for installation on windows at height to enhance safety. Supplied with 1 key and 2 fixing screws
