Everbuild 201 Mortar Admix is an air entraining plasticiser that replaces lime in the mix. Provides an easy to work, 'butter like' consistency to the mortar. It also prevents shrinkage, cracking and crazing during setting.

For use in brick laying and plastering mortars. Helps to improve frost resistance and long term resistance to freeze-thaw cycles when set.

Tested to BSEN934-Part 3.

The Everbuild SBR Bond is a latex based, water-resistant bonding agent and admixture for use in areas subject to humidity, dampness and continuous water contact. Improves water resistance of cement mixtures by forming a reinforcing polymer that increases long-term durability and flexibility of the mix on renderings and floor screeds.

Polymer Emulsions of this type have been used extensively over the last 20 years by the building industry as an admixture for cement and concrete applications, including repair and renovation, surfacing of floors and bonding generally. It contains anti-foam to control the density of cementitious mixes and is also freeze thaw stable, with improved frost resistance.

It offers greatly improved adhesion to a wide range of substrates including dense concrete, steel, tiles etc.

This 709 Floor Flex Plus is a premium rubber based Latex additive for use with a self level floor compound and powder tile adhesives to both strengthen the mix and provide a limited degree of movement capability in the sub floor.
The Flex Plus is ideal for use when covering sound timber floors, and the 5-litre container is sufficient to mix a 20-kilo bag of self level floor compound or adhesive.

Everbuild 710 Febflor Flexiplus Latex is a self-smoothing and self-levelling floor compound with added latex powder for improved flexibility. Used to level out internal uneven floors where there may be a small level of movement. Ideal for use on asphalt and tar based surfaces.

A superior Portland-limestone cement for general purpose work, Mastercrete has improved resistance to freeze/thaw attack when compared to traditional cement. It also has a lower water demand than traditional cement and produces a more cohesive mix.

Mastercrete is suitable for use in concretes, bricklaying, floor screeds and renders.

A pre-mixed general-purpose mortar mix, Blue Hawk sand and cement mortar is suitable for bricklaying, rendering, tile fixing, paths, rockeries, and general repairs on concrete, bricks, and masonry. This product offers an extended storage life with Blue Hawk Portland cement in a polythene bag and fine-washed sand in the tub. All Blue Hawk bags and tubs are weather-resistant, durable and made from at least 30% recycled plastic.

"Bostik Water Seal is a high performance waterproofer for trade use, that penetrates deep below the surface to provide a water resistant barrier on porous exterior surfaces. Rugby® Black Bitumen Macadam is a cold lay deferred-set compound carefully formulated for ease of use and to give good results every time when repairing patches or refurbishing concrete.

Rugby Post Mix Professional is the ideal time and effort saving solution for domestic or commercial applications such as fixing posts, road signs or bollards where a smoother surface finish may be required. This is achieved by using a finer aggregate in the mix. As with Rugby Post Mix no mixing with water is required before placing.

Everbuild Sika-1 Waterproofer is an aqueous solution containing complex colloidal silicates. In the presence of water these swell and block the capillaries and pores in the applied sand/cement renders, screeds and mortar to provide an effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water.

DrySeal has a unique, thixotropic consistency and excellent water-repellent properties on a range of building materials. As opposed to conventional liquid products, Dryseal can be applied in one working operation to achieve the desired loading for maximum effectiveness.

Dependent on porosity, the effective siloxane ingredient deeply penetrates the substrate within a short period of time (between 30 minutes to several hours) where it reacts to become a polymer silicone resin.

DrySeal also protections against pollutants and damage from frost and salt, and prevents water penetration even under wind pressure.

Typical Coverage: approx. 20 - 25 m² in a one coat application, dependent on substrate porosity

Enviroseal is a highly-effective, liquid based water repellent containing silicone emulsion for use above ground. It can be applied to multiple substrates, including porous brickwork, cement renderings, asbestos, cement or mineral boards, unglazed tiles, cast concrete, roughcast, stonework (including calcareous materials such as those containing limestone), wood, canvas and leather.

Surfaces treated with Enviroseal remain permeable to vapour so that moisture within the structure does not remain trapped.

Enviroseal is clear and colourless and will not normally alter the appearance of treated surfaces. In some cases, however, very slightly darkening may occur, so a small test area should be applied when appearance is critical.

Depending upon the nature of the surface treated and conditions of exposure, two coats of Enviroseal can be effective for at least 10 years.

No More Damp Thermaldry is a styrene acrylic copolymet dispersion, water based paint, which is both thermally insulating and water repelling.

Thermaldry incorporates Micro-Technology in the form of hollow glass beads, with a size of 50 um and a crush strength of 500 psi. The micro, hollow glass beads act like miniature 'Thermos Flasks', blocking thermal energy by reflecting it away from the wall and protecting the walls from damp, which causes moisture and therefore mould growth.

All of these properties combined enables Thermaldry to increase the wall temperature, thus reducing the 'dew point' or the temperature at which condensation occurs.
