Cavity Ventilation & Closers

Cavity sleeves are used in conjunction with Brick Vents and are used to provide ventilation through a standard cavity or solid brick walls. The units are telescopic and can be stacked to 9x6 or 9x9 variations and can be used to fit cavity widths of 50mm to 100mm. Further extension can be achieved by using multiple units.

Brick vents are ventilated plastic blocks that are similar in size and shape to standard house bricks. Used to create an airflow beneath ground-level timber floors where there is a void. Size: 9inch x 3inch.

Our Peep vents provide cavity wall drainage solutions, allowing rain water to easily escape the cavity wall via a discreet aperture in the vent.

Telescopic underfloor vents are used to create a clear airflow channel into voids below suspended timber and block and beam floors. The telescopic feature means the units are able to adjust the ventilation channel vertically from within the cavity.

BBA-approved stepped cavity tray system for multi cavity options in brick wall construction of 75mm coursing heights. Everdry preformed cavity trays are a range of DPC products for installation at the abutment of a pitched roof with a cavity wall to prevent water penetration.
